On December 9, 2024, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, representing Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., extended a warm welcome to Genica Cruz, the 2023 Grand Winner of Mutya Ning Angeles, during her courtesy visit to the Mayor’s Office. Cruz’s visit comes ahead of her participation in the prestigious Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2024 competition, scheduled for December 10.
