On December 17, 2024, the Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., prepared essential relief goods for delivery to the typhoon-affected areas of Bicol and Aurora. The city’s relief efforts were coordinated by retired City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso and CSWDO Officer-in-Charge Francis De Guzman, who supervised the loading and packing of the donations. A total of ₱500,000 worth of relief goods was allocated to each of the two regions, Bicol and Aurora.
