The caravan will be held at the Liga ng mga Barangay, a central location in Angeles City, and is expected to attract many participants. The event will help streamline the licensing process, making it easier for those who are eligible to obtain or renew their firearm licenses without having to travel to distant offices.
In addition to the LTOPF Caravan, the city government continues to work closely with the ACPO to improve public safety and promote responsible gun ownership. The initiative is in line with the city’s broader strategy to regulate firearms and reduce the prevalence of illegal weapons in the community.
With the event just days away, city officials are focused on ensuring that all logistics and preparations are in place to guarantee the success of the caravan. Mayor Lazatin reiterated the city’s commitment to making sure that all firearms in the community are licensed and that gun owners are informed and compliant with the law.
