Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. received a generous donation of 150 boxes of tikoy (Chinese sticky rice cakes) on January 27, 2025, as part of the celebrations leading up to the Chinese New Year on January 29. The donation was made by the Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce in recognition of the important cultural event and to spread joy to local communities.
The ceremony took place at the Angeles City Hall, where Mayor Lazatin was joined by other city officials, including Secretary to the Mayor Raffy Lazatin Angeles and ACDRRMO Chief Rudy Simeon.
