The Angeles City government has issued a public warning regarding the illegal activities of an individual named Cassie Ravaro, who has been offering fake Health Certificates and IDs to workers in the city. Ravaro, who is not affiliated with the Sanitation Division of City Hall, has been caught creating and distributing counterfeit Health IDs, some of which have already been confiscated by authorities.
Ravaro has been actively advertising her fake services on various Facebook groups, as well as personally approaching individuals waiting in line at the Sanitation Division. The city has strongly discouraged residents from engaging with her or any similar fixers who may be operating outside of the legitimate process for acquiring Health Certificates or IDs.
According to the city’s advisory, the only valid way to obtain a Health Certificate or ID is by following the official procedure at the Sanitation Division office, located at Angeles City Hall. The office operates from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and distributes queue numbers starting at 7:30 AM. The number of daily applicants is limited to 500, ensuring a fair and organized system for all.
The Sanitation Division has made provisions for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Senior Citizens, and Pregnant Women, providing them with a separate process to ensure they receive the necessary assistance. The city emphasizes the importance of adhering to the official channels and cautions against falling for unauthorized offers of services.
In addition to Ravaro, other unauthorized fixers may be offering fraudulent Health IDs, and the public is urged to remain vigilant. The city administration reminded residents that these fixers exploit vulnerable individuals by providing them with fake documents that are illegal and invalid.
City officials are encouraging residents who encounter fixers like Ravaro to report them immediately. They also assured the public that the Sanitation Division follows a strict and legitimate process to ensure that all Health Certificates and IDs issued are genuine and valid.
The city government urges all applicants to protect themselves from scams and to only trust the Sanitation Division for safe and legitimate transactions. Authorities advised the public to stay cautious, avoid engaging with unauthorized individuals, and report any suspicious activity to ensure that their health certificates are legitimate.
