On February 11, 2025, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. extended his heartfelt congratulations to five talented students from Sto. Rosario Elementary School who recently triumphed in the 3rd Niki Coseteng Swim Series. The students were recognized for their outstanding performance in the prestigious swim competition.
The five students who made the city proud are Quinn Marvianne Inoue, Princess Ashley De Guzman, Athens Sicat, Mizziah Twinkle Manalang, and Breydon Matthews. Mayor Lazatin personally awarded them certificates of recognition, acknowledging their achievements in the event, which drew participants from various regions.
