On February 11, 2025, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. proudly awarded certificates of recognition and cash incentives to 14 exceptional students from Gueco Balibago Elementary School. The students visited the Mayor’s Office to receive their awards, celebrating their remarkable achievements in various fields.
The students recognized during the ceremony included Hugo Santos, Amari Xiann Malinao, Amelia Bolario, Georgina Miranda, Francheska Cortez, Darren Smith, Loraine Presilda, Ezekiel Smith, Drake Dimabuyo, Xiann Malinao, Shekinah Audrey Mirasol, Jelianne Macandog, Hannah Roxas, and Sanlee De Vera. These students were honored for their academic excellence, leadership, and outstanding contributions to the school community.
Mayor Lazatin personally handed over the certificates, highlighting the students’ hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Along with the certificates, each student received a cash incentive as a token of appreciation for their accomplishments.
