Joselito Villarosa, at the Mayor’s Office. The discussion centered around the integration of the ACPO’s systems with the city’s Command Center and the recently launched Pogi Mobile App, further enhancing the city’s security infrastructure.
During the meeting, PCol. Villarosa presented an upgraded system designed to improve coordination and communication between the police force and other local agencies. The integration aims to streamline responses to emergencies and enhance the effectiveness of the city’s overall security network. This move aligns with the city’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of its residents.

The Command Center has become a vital tool for monitoring and responding to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
The meeting also touched upon the successful launch of the Angeleño Alerto! 24/7 Mobile App – Personal On-call Guard Interface (POGI), which is designed to serve as a direct line of communication between citizens and the local government. This app is an innovative addition to the city’s security infrastructure, offering real-time alerts and on-demand assistance for residents in need.
Mayor Lazatin emphasized the importance of technology in improving public safety. “Through the integration of our police systems with the Command Center and the Pogi App, we can respond more efficiently to incidents and ensure the well-being of every Angeleño,” he stated.
This ongoing partnership between the Angeles City Police Office and the local government showcases the city’s proactive approach to utilizing modern technology for public safety.
