RCCC was founded in 1999 by a group of ex-pats wishing to help the Philippine Community, in particular the Street Children in Angeles City. To meet this purpose we built the Bahay Bata Street Children’s Centre to house up to 60 homeless children.
From the early days we have undertaken many projects – medical, educational, feeding and more recently Giant Bamboo planting and a Children’s Art Competition.
