On February 20, 2024, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. of Angeles City directed the City Veterinary Office, under the leadership of Dr. Christian Xyric Arcilla, to initiate a livestock treatment program in Barangay Sto. Domingo. The city administration administered deworming and provided supplementation to certain livestock in the area. Additionally, Lazatin recently endorsed the City Agriculture Office’s goat multiplier program, designed to enhance the quality of goat breeds.
