On November 19, 2024, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. personally handed over the consolation prize to Barangay Pulung Maragul, represented by Barangay Captain Edgar Avillon, for their participation in the “Pogi Ya Ing Barangay Ku” program. The awarding ceremony, which took place at the Mayor’s Office, highlighted the city’s ongoing efforts to recognize the contributions of barangays in promoting community development.
During the ceremony, Mayor Lazatin was joined by City Councilor Atty. Arvin Suller and former Angeles City Public Memorial Park and Crematorium Head Philip Samson, who also took part in the celebration of Barangay Pulung Maragul’s involvement in the program.
