ANGELES CITY – On February 24, 2025, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel welcomed Jerome Esguerra, the President of the Angeles City Public School Teachers Association, during his visit to the Mayor’s Office Conference Room. The meeting served as an opportunity for the city officials and Esguerra to discuss matters related to education and the well-being of public school teachers in the city.
Also present at the meeting were City Councilor Atty. Arvin Suller and Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) Head Ricky Saul. The gathering was an important occasion to strengthen the collaboration between the local government and the teachers’ association to further improve the educational system and support the city’s educators.
During the visit, Esguerra shared insights about the challenges faced by teachers in the local public schools, as well as potential solutions to enhance the teaching environment and resources.
