On March 4, 2025, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. was invited by the officers of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Angeles City Chapter to be the guest of honor at their upcoming induction of officers. The short but meaningful meeting took place with the officers, where the Mayor was joined by Pampanga First District Representative, Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, to discuss the chapter’s upcoming activities.
The PICE-Angeles City Chapter will hold its 32nd Induction of Officers, New Members, and Turnover Ceremonies on March 8, 2025, at Royce Hotel and Casino. The event is set to bring together industry professionals and local leaders, including engineers, government officials, and members of the engineering community. The induction ceremony is expected to be a significant occasion for the chapter as it celebrates its accomplishments and prepares for the upcoming year.
During the visit, Mayor Lazatin commended the officers of the PICE-Angeles City Chapter for their dedication to the civil engineering profession and their continued efforts in contributing to the development of the city.
