On February 25, 2025, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. personally congratulated two outstanding students from Sto. Rosario Elementary School, Quinn Marvianne Inoue and Breydon Matthews, for their remarkable achievements in the Rise of Tides: 2nd Leg Long Course Swim Waves Qualifying Series. The students were awarded certificates of recognition and financial incentives for their exceptional performances in the swim competition.
Quinn Marvianne Inoue earned three bronze medals in the competition, showcasing her dedication and skill in the sport. Meanwhile, Breydon Matthews shone even brighter by securing two gold medals, two silver medals, and a bronze medal.
