On December 16, 2024, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. recognized Jan Jorvy Mhil Tayag, a top achiever from Barangay Pulung Cacutud, during a courtesy call at the Mayor’s Office. Tayag, who ranked third in the October 2024 Veterinarians Licensure Examination, was celebrated for his outstanding accomplishment. His performance in the exam brought pride not only to his family but also to the entire city.
During the ceremony, Mayor Lazatin presented Tayag with a certificate of recognition for his exceptional achievement. In addition to the certificate, the mayor also awarded him a cash incentive worth P3,000 as a token of appreciation for his hard work and dedication to his studies. Barangay Pulung Cacutud Captain Francisco Cura was also present during the awarding of the certificate.
