ANGELES CITY – On March 10, 2025, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. engaged in a friendly exchange with Mike Pangilinan, Head of the Kapampangan Language Office, and Francis De Guzman, City Social Welfare and Development Officer (CSWD), during their courtesy call at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room. The brief but cordial meeting provided an opportunity for the mayor to touch base with the two city officials.
