On March 4, 2025, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. welcomed a group of doctors from the Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center (RLMCC) for a courtesy call at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room. During the visit, Mayor Lazatin shared some light moments with Dr. Jeremy Halili, Dr. Ricky Gutierrez, and Dr. Allan Magday, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere between the city’s leadership and medical professionals.
Accompanying the Mayor during the meeting were Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, ACDRRMO Chief Rudy Simeon, City College of Angeles President Dr. Frankie Villanueva, and former Angeles City Public Cemetery Head Philip Samson.
